Mike Hooker founded HSP after experiencing time and again that when organizations understand each other they can partner to do great things. Actually DOING that can seem impossible in complex organizations like universities, local and state governments and the web of businesses and interests that make up a community.
Mike partners with clients to translate the complexities of institutions to identify opportunities, build knowledge about potential partners, and forge impactful lasting strategic relationships.
